Because every piece we make is custom-engraved for you, personalized items are non-returnable except in the following cases:
In those cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@truebeautydesigns.shop with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.
Non-personalized items (rare in our catalog) may be returned within 14 days for a refund, less return shipping. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of both the item and the packaging and email us within 48 hours. We file the carrier claim and replace your item at no cost.
If the final engraving does not match the proof you approved, we'll remake the item at no charge. If the typo was in the proof you approved, we can usually replace it at material cost — please reach out.
Should the engraving on any True Beauty Designs piece ever fade, peel, or fail, we will replace it free for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Email us with a photo to start a claim.
You can cancel a personalized order any time before you approve the digital proof. Once you approve the proof, the order moves to engraving and cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Bank posting times may vary.

Each piece is made-to-order in our Henderson, NV studio. Production lead times are:
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for most orders. Larger or fragile items ship via UPS. Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more within the continental United States.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Local pickup is available in Henderson, NV. Choose "Local Pickup" when placing your order and we'll coordinate a pickup window. No shipping charge applies.
We ship to all 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Shipments to AK and HI may take an additional 2-4 days.
Currently we do not ship internationally. If you'd like to inquire about an international order, email us — we may be able to make exceptions for bulk or wedding orders.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and household members first, then contact us. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and, if needed, replace the item.
Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.
